Affordable Student Apartments!

We have 98 furnished apartments, all with private bathrooms, small kitchens. Most apartments have a balcony or a terrace, ranging in size from about 15 m² - 34 m².

One of our staff directly works in the building and provides for the general welfare.

In addition to every apartment rental there is:

• A reception lounge for get-togethers or for just relaxing in
• A lounge with large roof top terrace that can be rented for private functions and/or cooking together with good friends
• A small book exchange
• A Laundromat with washing machines and dryers
• A large lawn for your enjoyment
• A multimedia system in the basement
